Any known issues?

No major issues known at the moment.

I updated the app and switched on the iCloud - but cannot see my documents!

After first time switching on the iCloud for an application there is a period of time when iCloud can "appear" empty to an application using it.

Solution: Restart Mindly App

I bought a new phone and now Mindly is no longer "Full Version"

Just open "Settings" from the App main menu and press "Restore Purchases".

Do you have an URL Scheme for Mindly?

You can type "mindly://" to open Mindly from browser and "mindly://new" to open Mindly and create a new document.

Examples of Text / Image / OPML export formats?

Sure: mindly.html, mindly.png and mindly.opml.

Can I have Mindly in my language?

We happily accept translations :-). If you wish to contribute, just let us know. Currently supported languages include English, Italian, German, French and Chinese - just to mention few.

I want to share .mindly files in my web site

For best results, remember to define correct MIME type for downloads. This ensures that Mindly will be launched when people download your file.

In a typical hosted web-site, you would do it by adding a ".htaccess" file to the folder containing the files.

Can I use Mindly on Desktop?

We have Mindly for Mac available. We are considering implementing web based version as well.

Can we import OPML documents?

Yes. Just tap on OPML document that you have received (e.g. in email attachment) and select "Open in Mindly".

I cannot purchase - why?

Please note that Google does not offer In-App purchases in some countries (most notably, China).

I purchased already but no full version?

Mindly asks time to time for purchase status on Google Play. You need to use same account on your device as when you did your original purchase.

In case you have multiple Google Play accounts:

Uninstall Mindly
Go to WEB version of Google Play
Sign in with the account you used to purchase Mindly
Download Mindly

To solve issues with Google Play service:

Go to the Settings menu for your device.
Go to Applications → Manage Applications → All → Google Play Store.
Tap the Clear Cache button.

Logging out from your Google Play account and logging back could also help.

I cannot see my Dropbox documents

Normally Dropbox related issues are of temporary nature.

Troubleshooting steps:

Restart Mindly
Turn off Dropbox in Mindly and turn it back on
Clear Dropbox Cache (in Device > Apps > Dropbox)
Uninstall Mindly, restart device, install Mindly again

Note that any of steps (hopefully already first one) could help.

How can I sync my documents with iPad and iPhone?

For iCloud sync to work you need:

iCloud on device is turned on and you are logged into iCloud
Mindly has iCloud turned on (Mindly > Preferences > iCloud)

Can I sync Mac with my iPhone/iPad?

Yes. If you switch on iCloud in Mindly settings you can sync your files between iPhone/iPad and Mac OS X.

Can I sync Mac with my Android device?

Yes. If you switch on Dropbox in Mindly settings you can sync your files between Android and Mac OS X.
